Terms & Conditions

This document is a public offer (an offer to conclude a contract) on the terms set out below.

2. Definitions

Website means sushiartroyal.com and its language versions.
Customer means any person placing an order.
Products means food items listed on the Website.
Order means the purchase request confirmed through checkout.

3. Purpose

The Seller sells and the Customer purchases Products under these Terms.

4. Ordering process

4.1. Orders are placed via the cart/checkout on the Website.
4.2. Key terms (items, quantity, price, delivery fee if any, address/time) are confirmed during checkout and/or in the order confirmation.
4.3. The Seller may contact the Customer to clarify details; if unreachable, the Seller may cancel the Order.

5. Prices & payment

5.1. Prices are displayed in MAD.
5.2. The final amount is shown at checkout, including any applicable fees, taxes and delivery charges (if applicable).
5.3. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout (e.g., online payment, pay on delivery — if enabled).

6. Delivery / pickup

6.1. Delivery is available within the areas and time slots indicated on the Website/at checkout.
6.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, peak demand, or other circumstances.
6.3. Risk transfers to the Customer upon handover to the Customer (delivery) or at pickup.

7. Food safety, storage & allergens

7.1. Products are perishable; consume promptly after delivery or store refrigerated and consume within a reasonable time.
7.2. Ingredient/allergen information is provided where available; the Customer must inform the Seller in advance of any critical allergies or dietary restrictions.

8. Cancellations, refunds & claims

8.1. The Customer may request cancellation before preparation starts (when technically possible). Once preparation has started, refunds may be limited due to the perishable/custom-made nature of the Products.
8.2. In case of an issue (wrong item, missing items, major damage), the Customer should contact the Seller promptly and provide photos/videos where possible. The Seller will propose a remedy (replacement, redelivery, partial/full refund) depending on circumstances.
8.3. Consumer rights in Morocco are notably framed by Law No. 31-08 (right to information and, in certain cases, withdrawal).
Note: Perishable/custom-prepared food may be excluded or practically limited; Sections 8.1–8.2 apply.

9. Limitation of liability

The Seller is not liable for issues caused by improper storage/handling, undisclosed allergies, or force majeure events.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed to manage orders, accounts and communications in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, subject to mandatory consumer rules.

12. Acceptance & changes

By placing an Order, the Customer accepts these Terms. The Seller may update these Terms; changes apply from publication on the Website.

Language priority: In case of discrepancy, the French version shall prevail, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
