Order data: name, phone, email, delivery address, order contents/notes, total amount, and (if applicable) cash change amount for cash-on-delivery.
Account data: email (login), password (see Security), order history.
Technical data: cookies/session IDs (cart & login), basic logs (e.g., IP/device/browser) for security and stability.

We do not collect card details, since payment is cash on delivery.

• process and fulfill orders (preparation & delivery);
• contact you about your order;
• provide an account (login, saved details, order history);
• maintain website security and prevent abuse;
• send marketing messages (promotions/news) where permitted (see below).

• performance of your order/contract;

7. Retention

We keep order and account data as long as necessary for service, support and dispute handling. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize data where feasible, except where minimal retention is required for legitimate purposes.

Passwords are not stored in plain text; we use protected hashing (standard practice). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
